Otto Reinhardt – Owner, Lead Technician

Otto started this company in 2004 with one truck, one tool bag, and zero interest in building anything that looked like a franchise. Mike R. – Senior Installer

Mike has been hanging doors with Otto for seventeen years, which means he’s installed everything from a 1970s wood slab that weighed more than it should to brand new Clopay and Amarr models with smart openers. He’s the one who can tell you within minutes whether your tracks are reusable or whether you’re better off starting fresh. Mike is certified across LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie openers, but his real gift is troubleshooting the weird ones: the door that only sticks on humid mornings, the opener that groans but won’t lift, the panel that’s cracked in a way nobody else notices.
